The procedure is based on comprehensive Guidelines and
Check Lists that cover all the tasks of a project.
Should one of the tasks not satisfy the criteria, it is
to be reworked until the required level of quality
attained. Furthermore, our Quality Assurance Guidelines
give us an overview of the status of the multiple tasks
that make up a specific project and thus enable us to
keep track of any quality problem that might have
arisen.
However, we are perfectly aware that our work is judged
not only by the quality of the end product, but also by
the quality of our communication, the professionalism of
our presentation, interaction with the customer, and
our ability to perform the work within the customer's
budget.
Our Quality Assurance System requires us to complete all
areas of a project according to the guidelines set forth
in our Quality Manual. The latter includes standards and
procedures for every single activity performed by our
team, from the selection of the personnel assigned to
each project to the translation details, including
management and successive quality controls.
The continuous analysis of data and the results of our
audits - both internal and external - allows us to
permanently revise and update our procedures in order to
deliver the quality that our clients not only expect but
also deserve.

1. People

translators to solve difficulties.

language software environment can help translators to
overview and get enough background information about
software they are working on, combining with on-site
technical supports, that ensure all translators
completely understand source language.

Quality Penalty and Reward Policy
ORIENTAL DILIGENCE guarantees that all projects we
delivered meet our Quality Target criteria, no matter
how big the project is. If we fail to meet the criteria,
your organization can apply our Quality Penalty and
Reward Policy for compensation.
ORIENTAL DILIGENCE guarantees that we provide on time
services for all projects without any delay, no matter
how big the project is. If we fail to meet your
deadline, your organization can apply our Quality
Penalty and Reward Policy for compensation.
ORIENTAL DILIGENCE guarantees that all projects will be
delivered within or equal to the price originally
negotiated between client and ORIENTAL DILIGENCE (and
specified in Purchase Order). But, if the extra jobs
arise from client side, the client should issue a new
Purchase Order to cover these jobs.

clients with high quality with competitive price!
If your organization agrees to apply our Penalty Policy
for your project, it means that your organization agrees
to apply our Reward Policy automatically. If your
organization would like to apply our Quality Penalty and
Reward Policy, be sure to specify it in your PO.
1. Translation/localization we delivered should
have no problems as defined in item 1, 2, 3,7 of the
Target Quality section. If any of the nonconformity to
these criteria, for each occurrence per 1,000 English
words, a penalty of 1% of the payment for the 1,000
words will be deducted.
2. Translation/localization we delivered should
not have more than 3 problems as defined in item 5, 6,8,
11 of the Target Quality section. For each extra
occurrence of the nonconformity to our Quality Criteria,
in every 1,000 English words, a penalty of 1% of the
payment for the 1,000 words will be deducted, and for
each less occurrence in every 1,000 English words, a
reward of 1% of the payment for the 1,000 words will be
increased.
3. Translation/localization we delivered should
not have more than 3 problems as defined in item 4,
9,10, 12 to 17 of the Target Quality section. If any of
the nonconformity to Our Quality Criteria, for each
extra occurrence within every 1,000 English words, a
penalty of 1% of the payment for the 1,000 words will
be deducted, and for each less occurrence within every
1,000 English words, a reward of 1% of the payment for
the 1,000 words will be increased.
Penalties Policy for Delay Delivery
If we will fail to meet clients' deadline, clients need
not pay us - We deliver on schedule or it's FREE.
Exceptions something out of control by human being, such
as earthquake, or similar natural disasters, also our
clients should take the responsibility of any delay
arises from the waiting for your approval, last minute
changes and waiting for answering our query reports.
Penalties Policy for Delay Payment
Clients may "wire transfer" payment to a bank account
specified in our invoice at clients' bank cost within 30
days after ORIENTAL DILIGENCE delivered the project. If
we fail to receive this payment, and if the client
claimed to apply the "Penalty Policy for Delay Delivery"
in its Purchase Order, the client need automatically
agree to pay delay payment punishment based on 5% of
total project price per day.
